In recent years, Guozi has continued to deepen its roots in the photovoltaic manufacturing industry and has cooperated closely with a number of leading companies to provide intelligent logistics products and related solutions, covering the entire production scenario from polysilicon, monocrystalline silicon to batteries and modules, covering a variety of processes and logistics requirements, and providing diversified, intelligent and flexible in-plant logistics solutions that match the scenarios. It is one of the very few companies in the mobile robot industry that has application cases in the entire production process.
Recently, Guozi has once again joined hands with a leading user in the photovoltaic manufacturing industry to adopt the "AGV+" intelligent handling solution to help realize the automated handling of the entire factory logistics at its photovoltaic cell production base in Anhui.
The user of this project is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China, specializing in the research and development, production and sales of solar cells, modules and photovoltaic application products. Photovoltaic cell production requires 24-hour uninterrupted operation, and has high requirements for handling accuracy and efficiency. Guozi Robot uses more than 200 lurking jacking AGVs as the core, and cooperates with docking stations, flower basket material carts, intelligent cleaning robots, environmental monitoring robots, material delivery machines, automatic packaging lines and other automated equipment to connect the production processes of each link of 16 production lines in series, with multi-vehicle scheduling and intelligent management, to achieve an annual production target of 8GW.
Material delivery workshop: automatic handling of stacking boxes
In the material delivery workshop, the automatic material delivery machine is responsible for automatically delivering the stacking box into the material cart, and then the AGV transports it to the waiting machine. The automatic material delivery machine realizes information binding by reading the RFID chip code on the material box, and the material delivery process is traceable. At the same time, it has a 30-minute buffer capacity, so that the temporary departure of workers will not affect production, and the buffer capacity can be adjusted according to different needs.
The material delivery machine is installed through the wall, and only the interface is retained in the battery cell workshop. An ion fan is installed on the side of the material delivery room to remove static electricity and dust to ensure the cleanliness of the battery cell workshop.
Cell workshop: automatic handling of flower baskets
The cell workshop has large production capacity and high production rhythm. Due to the special process, the production time of the cell is strictly controlled. Delayed handling will lead to large-scale scrapping of the cell, which puts strict requirements on the handling efficiency of AGV.
In the cell workshop, the lurking top-lifting AGV transports the flower basket material cart to realize the flow between the upstream and downstream processes of the flower basket. The AGV adopts the laser SLAM high-precision positioning and navigation method, and cooperates with the Guozi intelligent deviation correction algorithm to achieve accurate handling when the material cart is offset by ±10cm and the angle deviation is ±10°, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
At the same time, it is equipped with intelligent cleaning robots and environmental monitoring robots to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop. The three robots are uniformly dispatched and the path is intelligently planned to fundamentally avoid traffic congestion.
Packaging workshop: bin box automatic conveying and packaging
In the packaging workshop, bin boxes are sent to the automatic packaging line by AGV and quickly sorted through the conveyor line. Different types of battery cells flow to different receiving stations for manual packaging and labeling. After manual processing, the empty bin boxes are returned from the lower layer of the conveyor line, and the small packaging boxes are completed by the automatic packaging line. The process of thermoforming, grading and caching, boxing, palletizing, and warehousing. The packaging process is clearly sorted and the operation is simple, which greatly reduces the probability of errors.
Multi-vehicle dispatching and intelligent control: the level of information management of the production process has been greatly improved
This project uses the Guozi Photovoltaic Production Platform (GZ-GFMCS) to achieve multi-vehicle dispatching and intelligent control, and the level of information management of the user's production process has been greatly improved.
The Guozi Photovoltaic Production Platform (GZ-GFMCS) has built-in intelligent optimization logic, which can intelligently issue and adjust AGV handling tasks according to the machine's production capacity and the internal data status of the machine. The Guozi Intelligent Dispatching Management System (GZ-RCS) achieves path congestion diversion through dispatching process optimization and intelligent path setting, and efficiently completes the handling task. At the same time, users can also set and freely adjust the AGV operation path according to the actual operation path. The system supports the simultaneous management of more than 1,000 AGVs.
After the project is put into operation, users can query inventory information in real time through the management system, generate inventory, in and out of the warehouse, and handling volume reports, etc., completely bid farewell to the manual regular inventory mode, and make the production process informationized and intelligent. At the same time, it allows on-site workers to bid farewell to the tedious and heavy production and handling process, reducing the company's production safety risks and labor costs.
